【Job Responsibilities】
・Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to drive the growth of the nano-MBA program.
・Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
・Design and implement sales and retention strategies to achieve team goals and KPIs, and drive program growth.
・Develop and execute robust regional marketing strategies to drive enrollment, meet KPIs, and increase brand awareness.
・Provide timely, data-driven feedback to the marketing team to optimize targeting strategies and promotional efforts.
・Design and implement student engagement strategies to ensure a high-quality learning experience by promoting continued learning, increasing satisfaction, and addressing feedback through timely and effective communication.
・Plan and coordinate events, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution in collaboration with stakeholders
・Support cross-functional initiatives that add further value to the program.
・Provide administrative and operational support to the team as needed.

・Experience in business development, sales, and retention strategy, and customer success
・Proven ability in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
・Strong analytical thinking skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
・Excellent communication and organizational skills
・Flexibility and adaptability to various tasks in a multitasking environment
・3+ years of relevant and practical experience in a similar role
・Native English or equivalent, and JLPT N3 or equivalent
