A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Accountant Position type: Full-Time, Permanent Duration: Permanent Location: Dallas TX As a Senior Accountant, you will: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance. This position is ideal for a CPA with 1–2 years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 firm, looking to transition into a mission-driven organization with opportunities for growth and impact. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Perform account reconciliations and variance analyses. Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Maintain compliance with internal controls and corporate policies. QualificationsActive CPA license (required). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in public accounting, preferably with a Big 4 firm. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Workday). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have: Active CPA license (required); Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; 1–2 years of experience in public accounting, with a Big 4 firm.
