A nationally recognized client is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join its dynamic and expanding team. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, fund formation, and complex financing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

• Advise clients on entity structuring, governance, and operational matters across a range of industries.

• Support the formation, structuring, and compliance of investment vehicles and corporate entities.

• Negotiate and structure complex financing arrangements and capital transactions.

• Draft, review, and manage a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional documents.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.

• Contribute to a collaborative, mentorship-focused team culture.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.

• Active license, or ability to waive into practice law in Illinois.

• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

• Must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation & Benefits:
