Full-time nights Mondays-Fridays 

Ability to work solo once trained and as a team of two as needed.

$23 an hour

 

This job is physically demanding with frequent bending, kneeling and squatting.

 

As a commercial cleaning specialist at Live in Comfort Cleaning, you will primarily be responsible for providing professional cleaning services to commercial/office properties. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

1. Cleaning and sanitizing all designated areas including bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, offices, showrooms, shops, and all common areas.
2. Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors as required.
3. Emptying trash receptacles and ensuring proper disposal of waste materials.
4. Restocking supplies and notifying management when additional inventory is required.
5. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and adhering to all safety regulations.
6. Following all given instructions, guidelines, and schedules provided by the supervisor or client.

7. Safely operating a company vehicle to and from job sites may be required.

8. Safely operating an automatic floor scrubber machine as needed.

9. Use of a 2-step step stool as needed to perform regular duties if unable to reach from the floor.

8. Ability to work flexible hours.
9. Reliable transportation.
10. Bondable.

11. Eligible to work in Canada.
12. A reliable cellphone with sufficient data to accommodate the use of apps used for work purposes including GPS. (you’ll receive a CRA tax form from us at the end of the year to write off your phone expense).

Additional Information

Schedule:

Full-time 

• Shifts are nights, Monday-Friday typically beginning at 6pm.

Pay:

• $23 an hour
• Paid on a bi-weekly basis via direct deposit. 
• We use a digital payroll system, so you'll be able to access your paystubs and T4's remotely from any device.
• Paid lunch breaks

Bonuses:

• Performance and attendance bonuses awarded in the form of gift cards at our discretion.
