We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience in full set-ups and a solid understanding of G and M codes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complete set-ups on CNC mills and/or lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and G/M code programs
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet tolerances
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision tools
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong knowledge of G and M codes
• Ability to perform full machine set-ups independently
• Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
