Chef comptable / Responsable comptable

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Chef comptable rigoureux(se) et motivé(e) pour superviser nos opérations comptables et contribuer à la santé financière de l’entreprise. La personne idéale possède une solide expertise technique, un bon sens de l’organisation et un esprit d’initiative.

Responsabilités principales :

• Superviser les opérations comptables quotidiennes (comptes fournisseurs et clients, grand livre, conciliations bancaires, etc.)

• Préparer et analyser les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels

• Assurer le respect des normes comptables et des obligations fiscales

• Participer aux processus budgétaires, à la gestion de trésorerie et aux audits externes

• Encadrer et soutenir l’équipe de comptabilité, favoriser leur développement et assurer l’amélioration continue des processus

• Collaborer avec les autres départements pour optimiser les pratiques financières et opérationnelles

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe

• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, dont 1an en gestion

• Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des logiciels comptables (ex. : SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)

• Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
