JOB DESCRIPTION

Restaurant Manager is responsible for overall administration, operation and control of the F&B Outlets. Maintain a high and consistent standard of service in line with Forbes standard, brand standard and F&B SOPs. Lead the teammates, maximize profit and guest satisfaction on a consistent basis. Perform the role of a service leader for an outstanding service for guests at all time along with the service teammates. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective teammates. Ensure the genuine and warmest hospitality throughout the guest stay.

QUALIFICATIONS and others

• General Certificate of Education / Compulsory education . Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality , specializing in food & beverage or restaurant management is preferred.

一般教育修了 / 義務教育修了 ホスピタリティの学位（飲食またはレストラン経営専門）があればなお望ましい。

• Five [5] years of experience with at least two (2) years' experience in a similar role or capacity in luxury hotel .

ラグジュアリー ホテルにおいて 5 年の勤務経験、 少なくとも 2 年間同様の役割または職務に従事した経験を有すること。

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Motivator and self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.

• Acute attention to details .

• Strong technical and people management skills.

• Understands and respects local cultural , able to adapt to changing environment.

• Personable and pleasant to deal with. Discreet, reliable, diplomatic .

• Positive "can do" attitude and flexible approach - manages with humility.

• High degree of integrity. Strong leadership. Nurtures and develops teammates, encouraging innovation .

• Effective trainer, able to facilitate at all levels

• Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements

• Working knowledge of POS systems ( e.g. MICROS)

• Computer skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office.

• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Japanese .
• Other: Team-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills
