Job Description

Call Center Specialist – Calgary

Location: Chinook, Calgary, AB

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturdays required) - (5 days a week)

Work Timings: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Salary Range: $21.00–$24.00 per hour (Additional bonus up to $4/hour)

We’re currently hiring a Call Center Specialist (Patient Care) to join our team in Chinook, Calgary.

What You’ll Do

As a Call Center Specialist (Patient Care) , you’ll be the first point of contact for patients calling into our clinics. Your role will be to create a welcoming, informed, and helpful experience every time.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound patient calls with confidence and warmth
  • Educate patients on our clinics, services, and treatment options
  • Guide patients through our process with clarity and compassion
  • Upsell and cross-sell services in a patient-first way
  • Resolve concerns quickly and empathetically
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (call volume, response time, resolution, etc.)

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or high-volume phone-based roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A sincere commitment to patient care and relationship building
  • Quick learner who’s comfortable using digital systems and tools
  • Friendly, confident, and able to take the lead in a conversation
  • Able to work onsite at our Chinook Clinic in Calgary
  • Willingness to travel to Surrey, BC for 2–3 weeks of initial training
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship required)
