Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (required)
  • A background in Computer Science or Engineering is an asset

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or related role within the supply chain, logistics, or enterprise systems domain
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations is an asset

Core Skills

  • Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Experience in designing, modeling, and optimizing business processes
  • Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications
  • Skilled in writing clear and structured documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows, etc.)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, or similar

Technical Skills (Assets)

  • Understanding of system configuration and data flow concepts
  • Basic proficiency in SQL and comfort working with relational databases
  • Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g., Java, Groovy, C#) is a plus

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams, clients, and technical staff
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (required)
  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish (an asset)
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative project environments is a plus

Other Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, annually, if required
  • Valid driver’s license issued in Canada or the USA
