Job Description

  • Lead impactful telecom transformation projects : Take charge of end-to-end delivery of ERP and BRM initiatives in the telecom sector, driving high-visibility programs that shape business operations.

Annual Salary : 12 million and above

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for telecom transformation initiatives, including ERP and/or BRM systems.
  • Define project scope, schedule, and deliverables; align with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies, including offshore development centers.
  • Manage change and transition activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment with telecom business processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular project reviews; identify and mitigate risks using data-driven approaches.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior leadership as needed.
  • Oversee project reporting, documentation, and governance.
  • Resolve implementation and operational issues to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

Job Qualification:

  • Near-native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the telecom domain .
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in Japan; sponsorship is not available.

Preferred

  • Experience with telecom billing systems , BRM , or Oracle ERP .
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with large-scale system integration or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with global delivery models and working with offshore teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Japanese languages: Native  level Japanese (N) and business level English required.
