Annual Salary : 12 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Execute small to medium sized, multi-dimensional, complex led programs for clients, aligning both client and company metrics for success and quality.
• We develop detailed program plans and work closely with department managers and client stakeholders to ensure the programs are carried out as planned.
• Develop a master schedule with appropriate milestones, review monitoring progress with each department manager, clarify dependencies and risks, and develop appropriate mitigation measures in line with the schedule.
• Scope, schedule, risk, configuration, change management, communications, problem escalation, budget, quality, delivery, contracts, vendor management, and people management, etc.

Job Qualification:

• Experience as a Program Manager in mid to large end-to-end implementations for Manufacturing/Automotive/CPG customers on SAP ECC or S/4 HANA or other ERP packages.
• Bilingual. High communication skills in Japanese and English.

Preferred

• Experience with multi-vendor scenarios

• Ability to work as a team with people from different time zones and different cultures

Japanese languages: Native  level Japanese (N) and business level English required.
