About the Role

As an OR Nurse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. From preparing the operating room and surgical instruments to supporting the surgical team during procedures, you’ll be part of a tight-knit unit that prioritizes precision, teamwork, and patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room and equipment prior to procedures
• Assist the surgical team during operations, maintaining a sterile and organized environment
• Monitor patient condition and respond to needs throughout the surgical process
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality care standards
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members in both English and French

What You Bring

• Registered Nurse (RN) designation with experience in an operating room or surgical environment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
