This is a junior-level Talent Acquisition (TA) position responsible for hiring diverse talent from both domestic and international markets to drive business growth. You will be involved in a wide range of recruitment activities, from planning to execution, leading hiring initiatives in collaboration with the HR team and various departments.

Description

* Full-cycle recruiting
* Collaboration with HR team and back-office functions
* Promoting the company culture and employer branding to candidates
* Proposing improvements to the recruitment process

Profile

* Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
* Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (junior-level candidates are welcome)
* A bright and engaging personality, able to take responsibility while involving others
* Team-oriented yet proactive and able to work independently
