We are seeking a detail-oriented Compensation and Benefits Specialist to manage payroll and administer employee benefit programs. This role ensures timely and compliant payroll execution, handles employee inquiries, and maintains up-to-date records related to compensation and benefits. The specialist collaborates with HR, finance, and external vendors to support smooth operations, ensure legal compliance, and contribute to employee satisfaction through effective benefits communication and service delivery. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and benefit policies are key to success in this position.
