Job Description

Executive Flight Centre Aviation Ltd (EFC Aviation), a leader in aviation fuel and airport services for over 75 years, is hiring a Base Manager to oversee fueling operations at Regina Airport. This full-time, in-office leadership role is responsible for operational performance, safety, team leadership, and customer service. Residency in or relocation to Regina is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead fueling operations and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
- Oversee tank farm operations, inventory, maintenance, and quality control.
- Manage staffing, training, scheduling, and performance in collaboration with HR.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and procurement.
- Maintain SOPs, Emergency Response Plans, and Safety Management System.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Respond to after-hours issues and provide hands-on support when needed.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and airport authorities.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of management experience; aviation and fueling experience preferred.
- Valid Class 5 license (Class 3 preferred); clean abstract.
- Ability to obtain RAIC and Restricted Operators Certificate.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; physically capable of lifting 60 lbs and working in all weather.
