Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Skills:

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages following recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Provide recommendations on coffee selections based on customer preferences
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
