We have three restaurants and are looking for great people to join our teams. We are opening our 2nd location of The French in Cambridge in the increasingly popular Gaslight District.

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

• serving: 1 year (preferred)

Responsibilities:- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders promptly.- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.- Ensure accuracy in order taking and deliver special requests to the kitchen.- Provide menu recommendations and offer detailed information when asked.- Handle cash and credit card transactions using POS systems.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth delivery of orders.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.- Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene.- Assist in setting up tables and organizing seating arrangements.- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

Requirements:- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food industry.- Proficiency in basic math for order taking and cash handling.- Knowledge of food safety protocols.- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.- Familiarity with bartending or willingness to learn is a plus.
