School Requirements:

  • Education Required: Associate/2-year Diploma
  • Work Visa Eligibility: United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand
Additional School Requirements:

• Proficient in English grammar
• Minimum 12 years of education in English
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Driver’s license (for some areas, international and Japanese required, car provided if needed)

Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) in Japan. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to experience Japan beyond tourism and gain a deeper understanding of Japanese culture through meaningful work.

Successful applicants will support English language education in schools, working closely with Japanese teachers and students to enhance students' English skills through interactive activities like role-playing and games. Your role is to inspire and engage students to speak English confidently. Whether fluent in Japanese or not, this experience will broaden your understanding and inspire personal growth.

Start Dates: September 2025 or April 2026

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and motivate students and teachers to use English.
