As part of the Office of Student Involvement at DePaul University, the Assistant Director for Esports oversees and creates the strategic vision for DePauls Esports program, which is comprised of 1300+ students who participate at a recreational level and 175+ students who participate on one of DePauls 30+ competitive teams. This position will lead efforts around Esports that strategically enhance campus life and student engagement to build community, connectedness and student learning at DePaul. The Assistant Director will report to the Director of Student Involvement within the Division of Student Affairs. This position will supervise the Coordinator for Esports, manage two Gaming Centers, supervise student staff in the Esports program, and facilitate other Esports initiatives, including overseeing DePauls Esports recruitment efforts of new students to DePaul. This position will also foster direct connections with other interested areas with a focus on academic units that support and amplify the experience of student gamers at DePaul.

The anticipated hiring range for this position is: $50,174.00 to $61,820.00 per year. The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
