• 実験計画法、統計的プロセス管理、分析ツールの使用に関する知識がある方
• 作業指示書の作成、文書化、管理経験のある方
• 技術的および対人関係において優れた分析能力と問題解決能力のある方
• 実用的で柔軟な姿勢をもち、結果とデータに基づいて実行できる方
• 細部にまで気を配り、あらゆる面で高い基準を設定して自主的に業務を遂行することができる方
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力を有し、プロフェッショナルレベルの英語における文書および口頭でのコミュニケーションができる方
