【Recruitment Background】
Under the founder's leadership, the company has consistently achieved high annual revenue growth, aiming for ¥300 billion in sales. They are currently continuing their challenge, setting their sights on becoming a ¥1 trillion company.
The department's mission is to "create services that sell and boost Japan's productivity." Its scope is intentionally broad, covering in-house businesses, collaborations on client's new ventures, M&A, and capital alliances. The goal is to build a wide array of assets, including expertise, know-how, and services that leverage the company's strengths. The immediate business themes are diverse, including various areas such as cutting-edge technology development, regional revitalization, office DX, and generative AI utilization. The company is recruiting a Tech Lead who can lead development within the existing business and newly emerging business themes.
You will drive projects through short cycles from planning to execution, constantly tuning and verifying them for success. This position offers a unique combination: you will experience development at a scale unavailable in most startups and ventures, along with a sense of speed unmatched in large corporations.
【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for product development that leverages Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This position involves development that utilizes AI Agents, primarily Devin.
・Developing new services based on prototyping and improving the fundamental infrastructure for continuous enhancement.
・Catching up on and researching information related to LLM applications and technology.
・Designing and developing user-friendly business features for major corporate users.
・Developing and formulating specifications in a "territorial incursion style," collaborating closely with the business side.
*Driving development by maximizing the resources and capabilities of both the company and its group entities.

【MUST】
・Experience developing LLM applications using OpenAI and LangChain
・Experience planning, developing, and operating services for our company or client companies (designing and developing new features, modifying existing features)
・Experience developing and operating in cloud environments
・Leading product development teams based on technical background
・Development processes, development standardization, and development environment optimization
・Architecture and framework selection
■Language
・Japanese language proficiency at the daily conversation level
・Interviews and document screening can be conducted in English
