• 2+ years of backend engineering experience in server-side programming (Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, C#, PHP, etc.)
• Knowledge and experience in data modeling and efficient SQL with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
• Ability to understand business requirements and urgency , and quickly translate them into development work
• Strong problem-solving skills , able to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer support teams to tackle complex business challenges
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage schedules, design, and see projects through to release

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be involved in developing and optimizing systems that leverage Generative AI technologies. You will work on both frontend and backend prototyping, support client companies with AI adoption, and contribute to the fine-tuning and research of existing large language models (LLMs).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and optimizing systems using Generative AI
• Building prototypes for both frontend and backend
• Supporting client companies in AI adoption (requirements definition, assisting project management, etc.)
• Fine-tuning, researching, and developing with foundation models (LLMs)
• Data cleansing and preparation
• Exploring methods to integrate Generative AI into services
