Job Description

Notre client œuvrant dans le domaine immobilier au centre-ville est à la recherche d’un(e) adjoint(e).

Le poste offre d’excellentes conditions, incluant un stationnement gratuit ou un accès facile par métro. Vous devez maîtriser parfaitement le français à l’oral et à l’écrit, posséder un bon anglais pour des échanges quotidiens avec les États-Unis, et avoir au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans le secteur immobilier. Professionnalisme, autonomie, discrétion et sens des responsabilités sont essentiels ainsi qu’une excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office.

Horaire :

Du lundi au vendredi, quart de jour.

Responsabilités :

  • Gérer les demandes des locataires et la communication avec les propriétaires;
  • Tenir à jour les dossiers locatifs et immobiliers, préparer et suivre les contrats de location;
  • Assurer le suivi de l’entretien et maintenance des immeubles ainsi que les inspections;
  • Collaborer avec entrepreneurs et fournisseurs pour les travaux requis;
  • Contribuer à la gestion budgétaire, au suivi des revenus/dépenses et aux rapports financiers;
  • Gérer les comptes fournisseurs, les paiements, et le traitement des factures;
  • Rassembler les documents pour le Tribunal administratif du logement;
  • Effectuer des suivis rigoureux, produire des indicateurs et rapports de performance;
  • Assister au processus d’amélioration continue pour l’atteinte des objectifs en équipe;
  • Saisir les données dans le système Hopem et effectuer diverses tâches administratives;
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle hors-pair.

  • DEC
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience en immobilier.

Our client, who works in real estate in the city center, is looking for an assistant.

The position offers excellent conditions, including free parking or easy access by subway. You must be fluent in spoken and written French, have a good command of English for daily exchanges with the United States, and have at least 2 years of experience in the real estate sector. Professionalism, autonomy, discretion, and a sense of responsibility are essential, as well as excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant requests and communication with landlords;
  • Maintain rental and real estate records, prepare and follow up on lease agreements;
  • Follow up on building maintenance and repairs, as well as inspections;
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers for required work;
  • Contribute to budget management, income/expense tracking, and financial reporting;
  • Manage accounts payable, payments, and invoice processing;
  • Gather documents for the Administrative Housing Tribunal;
  • Perform rigorous follow-ups, produce performance indicators and reports;
  • Assist in the continuous improvement process to achieve team objectives;
  • Enter data into the Hopem system and perform various administrative tasks;
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
