Accounts Receivable Technician
Full-Time Contract (Until June 2026)
Calgary, AB

Our client, a leading provider of fuel products and energy solutions across Canada and the US is looking for AR Technicians to join their team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth financial operations, supporting internal stakeholders, and helping maintain clean, accurate accounts as they continue to grow and innovate.

Who You Are:

You are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. With 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, you are comfortable working with multiple systems, reconciling payments, and collaborating across teams. You take pride in accuracy, problem-solving, and maintaining high-quality work even under tight deadlines. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Process and apply customer payments using automated and manual processes across multiple ERP systems.

• Reconcile entries with bank statements and investigate misapplied or unapplied payments.

• Handle various payment methods including PADs, EFTs, EDIs, cheques, and credit cards.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including AP, tax, and collections, to ensure accurate account management.

• Assist with reporting, investigations, and special projects as needed.
