Job Responsibilities

• Manage the account of a major global financial and credit card company, leading creative development, strategic planning, and the ideation, production, and deployment of activation initiatives.
• Plan and drive strategic solutions for clients based on market analysis and industry trends.
• Oversee quality control and progress management of external partner companies involved in the above tasks.
• Ensure project profitability by managing budgets and expenses appropriately, contributing to the achievement of team goals.
• Identify potential risks during project execution and carry out risk control operations, including swift response and escalation in the event of issues.
• Attend internal and external meetings, manage progress, and handle overall account-related administrative tasks including document preparation.
• Communicate effectively in English, including reading, listening, writing, and speaking, depending on the situation.
• Collaborate with the creative department, planners, project managers, and external partners to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Utilize account team members efficiently; support team development by training junior staff and ensuring appropriate task delegation and coordination to enhance overall organizational capabilities and performance.

Required Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Strong English communication skills (listening, writing, speaking)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Account Manager or Director at an agency
