Are you a certified RBT with a strong foundation inearly childhood developmentand a passion for creating structured, supportive environments for children and staff? Kinder Konsulting is seeking a proactive and organizedABA Clinic Assistantto help keep our clinic running smoothly while modeling high-quality, age-appropriate engagement.

This is a hands-on, hybrid role perfect for someone who enjoys both administrative tasks and meaningful interaction with children. Youll work closely with our Scheduling Coordinator, assist with staff support and training, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.

What Youll Do:

• Greet families and children with warmth and professionalism
• Maintain clean, organized therapy rooms and common areas
• Model developmentally appropriate play and engagement strategies
• Support RBTs with structure, lesson planning, and accountability
• Assist with scheduling, coverage, and administrative tasks
• Help coordinate orientations and trainings for new RBTs
• Collaborate with the Scheduling Coordinator and provide coverage when needed
• Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals are buzzed in

What Were Looking For:

• RBT certification (required)
• Strong background in early childhood development is essential
• Experience in behavioral health, clinical, or childcare settings preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• A self-starter who takes initiative and leads by example
• Comfortable with both desk work and physical tasks like cleaning and floor play
